We are looking for a results-oriented Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel as directed by the Administrator. The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, and enjoy working with the elderly.

Currently offering free gas and groceries (up to 3 months)

The Assistant Director of Nursing aids the DON in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Alongside ADON responsibilities, we would like this candidate to assist with infection prevention, play a role in staffing (scheduling), and assist with education.
