As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for purchasing readily available supplies, tools, and materials typically off-the-shelf items at the best possible prices while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will ensure that all procurement activities align with approved requisitions and purchase records, supporting our manufacturing operations effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement:Source and purchase off-the-shelf supplies, tools, and materials at the most competitive prices while ensuring they meet quality standards and conform to approved requisitions.Supplier Management:Work with approved suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain relationships to ensure a reliable supply of necessary materials and tools. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries to support production schedules.Inventory Support:Collaborate with inventory and production teams to manage stock levels, ensuring sufficient supply of materials while minimizing excess inventory and costs.Cost Control & Efficiency:Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the purchasing process without compromising quality. Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and supplier agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
