Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm with flexibilitySummary:Responsible for gathering data, documenting and presenting each member’s goals and objectives in accordance with ISP regulations; coordinating services with case managers and parent/guardians of program member’s goals and objectives, issues, concerns and abilities; and ensuring the provision of high quality services.
