Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Supply Chain Operations Specialist to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This exciting opportunity involves driving continuous supply chain support for Data Centers, Engineering Groups, and Hardware Teams. The selected candidate will play a key role in risk and opportunity identification within the spares supply chain, using their analytical skills to streamline processes. They will also contribute to data-driven decision-making and oversee communication materials, making a significant impact on the spares and warranty organization.
In this role you will:Ensure continuous supply chain support for Data Centers, Engineering Groups, and Hardware TeamsProactively identify risks and opportunities within the spares supply chain, leading efforts to standardize and enhance processesUtilize data analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and streamline processesOversee and maintain communication materials, including training documentation, compliance oversight, analytics reporting, and engineering change proposals

The Ideal Candidate
7+ years of experience as a Program or Project ManagerExperience in supply chain management and project managementAnalytical skills with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.Experience in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, etc.Experience with presentation material creationExperience in Standard work documentation and risk managementExperience with PowerBI, SQL, and Kusto
