Mission Planner
with demonstrated experience in the
execution of distributed Operational Training (OT), which can encompass warfighters in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments?

Mission Planner
includes:Create and distribute MPC packages as directed by the Government. MPC materials can include, but are not limited to:Scenario coordination sheetsAir Tasking Order (ATO), Fragmentary Breakouts and Air Control Order (ACO)Air Order of Battle (AOB) and Ground Order of Battle (GOB) lay-downsSpecial Instructions (SPIN) and Rules of Engagement (ROE)Maps and target photosLine-up cards, communication cardsBriefing/Debriefing slidesCreate scenarios within Environment Generator software to support OT events.Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree.Secret Clearance.Functional knowledge of distributed simulation (DIS) and High-Level Architecture (HLA).Must meet basic requirements of an Event Controller SME.Must know how to use stimulation software applications.Must understand basic AFTTP 3-1 TTPs and Joint Warfare Publications.Experience in running or planning in an active mission planning cell.Qualified or previously qualified mission commander, section lead, or equivalent.Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States.
