We are currently seeking a

Senior Ecologist

to join a leading ecological consultancy based in the beautiful rural Hampshire area. You'll be supported in advancing your career while taking on significant responsibility and shaping the future of diverse ecological projects.As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead a team of skilled ecologists, providing expert advice, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of survey and mitigation strategies across a wide variety of projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring junior staff, managing complex ecological projects, and is passionate about achieving conservation and development goals.Benefits:

Degree in Ecology or a related fieldExtensive experience conducting protected species and habitat surveysProven leadership and project management experience, particularly in managing large and complex projectsStrong knowledge of UK and European ecological legislationExcellent report writing skills, including PEA, EIA, and BNG reportsProficiency with QGIS and other ecological softwareFull UK driving licenceRight to work in the UKCIEEM MembershipReady to take the next step in your ecological career?
