We have a fantastic opportunity with a rapidly growing company based in
Northampton
that values personal and technical development while providing exposure to a range of interesting and prestigious projects around the Midlands, East Midlands, and West Midlands.
In this role, you will take charge of leading and coordinating the technical aspects of projects in and around Northampton, ensuring a high level of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Project coordination, client and stakeholder collaboration, and showcasing the company's capabilities to potential clients will also be integral to your responsibilities as an Ecologist.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Professional knowledge of UK Hab classification methodProfessional knowledge of protected and invasive flora and fauna’s biology and ecologyStrong report-writing skillsA good understanding of domestic and European protected species legislationGood time management and ability to work under pressureStrong problem-solving skills and initiativeStrong communication skillsHold a full UK driving licenseProtected Species licenses are desirable but not essential
