At NAVEX, data is at the forefront of our decision making, with our analytics teams being key to understanding our business, our customers, and our performance. To accelerate cross-departmental projects, we are looking for an experienced analyst to join our centralised Business Systems team, responsible for maintaining the technology and infrastructure our teams rely on.As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with departments across NAVEX, using your experience to build engaging, robust, and scalable reporting to help inform our business. Your knowledge and expertise will help tackle our most impactful analytics projects while growing the talent of our junior analysts.We Offer You:

Build and manage executive level reports and dashboards in Power BI and SalesforceAssist our departmental data analytics teams with complex reporting and use casesProvide guidance on best analytical practices for querying and visualizing dataUse automation to streamline existing analytics deliverables and reduce maintenance overheadGrow our analytics talent by sharing your knowledge and experience with other analystsWhat You Will Need:
A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent work-related experience3+ years’ experience working in a data analytics or business intelligence roleExperience reporting on data from CRMs (Salesforce) and data warehouses (Snowflake)Proficient at building reports and dashboards in Power BIKnowledge of SQL and Python/R for scripting and analytics preferredAbility to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product EngineeringStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and influence others on the best solutionAbility to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgroundsWe believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The minimum starting pay range for this role is $85,000+ per annum.Pay progression is based on performance.NAVEX is an equal opportunity employer, including disability/vets.
