Contracts Manager
to join our client's expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of commercial and bespoke fit-out services, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities include:Uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental management on all projects.Develop and implement project strategies to achieve company objectives.Oversee and ensure quality construction in line with project specifications and requirements.Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and delivering professional, considerate service.Lead project strategy and delivery programme to ensure timely and efficient project completion.Monitor project progress, reporting regularly, and taking corrective actions when necessary.Manage operational aspects to ensure projects stay within budget and meet performance targets.Identify and manage risks and opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.Lead and motivate project teams, supply chain, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.Ensure professional development within the project team to maintain technical expertise.Ensure consistent adherence to standard procedures and best practices.Manage project handover, ensuring defect-free completion and effective closure of any outstanding issues.Drive continuous improvement and implement industry best practices.Essential and Desirable Criteria:Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).Strong ability to manage project costs, timelines, and quality to meet targets.Efficient management of staff and resources.Excellent understanding of contract documents, programmes, drawings, and technical specifications.Ability to manage diverse teams, including supply chains, direct employees, and consultants.Valid CSCS card.How to apply:SUBMIT YOUR CV to APPLY NOW!
