Skillset / Experience:

The Team Lead/Manager, Sales Operations Americas is the main point of contact for the Commercial Team and will help to optimize growth through liaising between Sales, Sales engineering, Supplier Management, and Product Management.The Sales Operations Team Lead/Manager role is varied. You will enhance and optimize progress throughout the sales funnel, from qualified leads to closed deals. This includes assisting and guiding Pre-Sales and Customer Success Management by nurturing leads and customers with the best available assets. The Sales Operations Team Lead/Manager is instrumental in optimizing, supporting, and monitoring the processes that boost sales and revenues. In turn, this will increase sales productivity by lifting the quality of the team to the highest level and creating a Sales Ops Center of Excellence. The Sales Operations Team Lead/Manager is part of the Sales Team.THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Here is how your day-to-day responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:Managing a team of approximately 10 members both in the US and Argentina - responsible for daily actions and self-development of the individual.Develop internal tools to support the team and improve work quality.Collaborates well with other departments on cross-functional projects.Shares knowledge with others and proactively coaches team members.Supports Management with the improvement of reporting on commercial activities.All administration around sales data, customer account contacts, opportunities, billing accounts, and orders.Set-up and implement quote processes and reporting to track data within the sales organization.Ensures sales pipeline data is correctly captured together with the Sales team.Monitors customer retention and helps to improve this.Work with various sales tools, such as Salesforce and Backoffice systems.Ensures that every quote has the highest quality and meets the customer requirements.Works together with the Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure the customer satisfaction data is correctly captured and processed.Takes full ownership of tracking the end-to-end quote process and conversion rates.Provides, receives, and processes complex information and has the ability to present this to relevant stakeholders, within a formal setting.THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or marketing.A minimum of 3-5 years' sales operations experience within a B2B and/or strategic customer segment.A minimum of 3-5 years of people management with a record of success stories.Has worked within an international environment.A strong understanding of the customer journey.Previous experience, strongly underpinned by an understanding of business processes and products.Familiar with databases and sales software.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management.Strong analytical skills.Able to manage, collaborate, and critically prioritize, ensuring the utmost efficiency between teams.Experience working in the Telecom industry.
