Support the Sr. Manager on all initiatives, campaigns, seasonal plans, and other projects by using data to help shape the approach to increasing customer lifetime value.Monitor ongoing loyalty program KPIs to diagnose program performance and uncover opportunities to improve overall loyalty and retention metrics.Identify actionable growth opportunities within key strategic customer segments that will increase member value through our ability to identify, enroll, and nurture customers.Support pre/post seasonal, quarterly, and annual retrospectives to stimulate benchmarking and future business plans.Analyze marketing campaigns results and providing clear recommendations, conclusions and read outs for broader team consumption.Provide ad-hoc customer analyses to address specific business questions from stakeholder groups in support of the loyalty program.Provide strategic and tactical customer insights to inform long-term strategy, near-term campaigns, and future benefits that support the dual-branded loyalty program.Offer insights across various reporting levels, including total loyalty, individual brands, specific loyalty customer groups, and more.Work closely with the broader loyalty/retention team in setting the strategy through the use of customer data and insights.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a directly related field;Experience performing data analysis using various statistical techniques, preferably experience with customer information data mining/customer data analysis to drive marketing strategies in a retail organization that sells through multiple channels, such as physical brick-and-mortar stores and various online platforms/digital marketplaces such as e-commerce websites and mobile applications.Hands-on experience with data visualization and business intelligence software - ideally experience with Tableau, but can consider MS Power BI or possibly QlikView/Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy, SAP BusinessObjects.
