In the role of Project Manager I, you will be responsible for the development, communication and maintenance of the Engineering Project Plan, and ensure coordination with external and internal customers on project management tasks. Coordinate, track and provide status of performance to program plan.Investigation, resolution, and communication of issues that can affect program plan.Performs program staffing capacity analysis.Responsible for program/project schedule integration of engineering tasks.Supports compliance to Engineering commitments.Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance.Identifies the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools and provides solutions.Applies program technical requirements to work requirements, processes, and tasks.Develops solutions to problems, which require ingenuity and innovation.Highlights from our facility:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Production Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.1 – 3 years of experience in an engineering classification (preferred).1 year of Project Management experience (preferred).1 year of Aerospace industry and Manufacturing environment experience (preferred).Travel occasionally, approximately once per quarter.Desired Attributes:
