RequirementsResponsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end management of the e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and overall revenue growth.Monitor website performance, ensuring optimal user experience, fast loading times, and mobile responsiveness.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, SEO, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, AOV (average order value), and customer lifetime value (CLV), to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.Collaborate with design and development teams to implement A/B tests, improve site functionality, and develop high-converting landing pages.Ensure product information, descriptions, and visuals are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).Lead customer acquisition efforts, including managing loyalty programs, referral marketing, and retargeting campaigns.Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery.Stay current on e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a DTC or e-commerce brand.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).Proven track record of developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies that drive sales growth.Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for e-commerce websites.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage external vendors.Preferred Skills:Experience with headless commerce architectures.Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).Knowledge of subscription-based models and recurring revenue strategies.Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles and testing methodologies.Benefits:Extensive Network of +200 DTC Brands: Exposure to state-of-the-art strategies, tactics, and processes in the DTC space by our extensive network.Verified Companies: We verify each of our companies to ensure they are ready for a hire and can provide you with secure and legitimate opportunities.Secure Payments: We verify all of the payment arrangements through us to be secure so you don't have to risk getting scammed. + The average role we place is 30-40% higher in payments compared to those in the market.Direct Talent Matching: We handpick the best opportunities according to your profile and directly connect you with companies, cutting down the lengthy process of hunting for a job.Community & Networking: In placing, you will be part of a very exclusive community that will grant continued access to connections for limitless networking opportunities.Retention Program: Once placed, we go the extra step in making sure you retain the job and have long-term relationships with our clients for further growth and more.Working with DTCjob.com
