Job Description:The Senior Project Manager has accountability to partner with operational leaders to assemble and manage the project team responsible to plan, organize, recommend and secure resources required, and oversee activities needed to achieve the project objectives. This role will be supporting Supply Chain projects.Position Details:The Senior Project Manager is responsible to coordinate with the Program Manager for projects that have been designated as part of a program (group of related projects).This remote role will work Monday-Friday, during regular business hours.Minimum Qualifications:Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute effectively with limited information.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple executive-level leaders for any given project.Solid influencing skills.Sound business and technical acumen.Focused and versatile team member who is comfortable under pressure.Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.Demonstrated problem solving skills working in a complex, highly matrixed organization.Demonstrated ability to work independently with leaders and employees at a region/market level or function level.Demonstrated experience in effectively and consistently managing 3 or more projects simultaneously, including on-time delivery and benefit realization using sound decision making.Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and track to project budgets and associated value realization.Preferred Qualifications:Supply Chain Experience.A good understanding of various supply chain functions (i.e., procurement, logistics, operations).Anticipated job posting close date:
