Dewberry is seeking a

Project Manager

in our

Rancho Cordova

or

Manteca, CA

office to contribute to and/or manage a wide range of challenging

Water/Wastewater

projects. This is an opportunity for an individual to join a team of energetic, highly engaged professionals in Dewberry's growing Water Services line. The ideal candidate will have a prominent role on our team, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with clients, engineers, and other technicians on a variety of water and wastewater projects from planning through final design, construction, and commissioning. With support from the enterprise, the successful candidate will be capable of participating in business development activities, and preparing project work plans and fee estimates.Responsibilities

Prepare technical memoranda, feasibility studies, and engineering reportsPrepare hydraulic/process calculationsPlan and design water, wastewater, and/or storm drainage system project elements (pipelines, pump stations, treatment systems)Compile engineers' estimatesPrepare technical specificationsAbility to research and interpret design standards and apply them to specific projectsMaintain project files and databasesAssist with preparation of project proposals, scopes of service, and fee estimatesSupport marketing and business development activitiesManage, provide technical assistance to, and mentor junior staffPerform other duties as necessaryRequired Skills & Required Experience

Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering requiredPossession of California PE license requiredMasters degree preferred10-15 years of water/wastewater engineering experienceKnowledge of AutoCADProficient in Microsoft Office softwareHydraulic modeling experienceGood organizational and communication skillsMust have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.The projected range for this position is $125,000-$200,000 annually.
