highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor
to join our successful team at Brickell Honda. As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service team, providing top-tier customer service, managing vehicle service needs, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers with a professional and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming environment.Assess customer needs and vehicle service requirements by asking detailed questions and providing clear explanations of services needed.Advise customers on the necessary maintenance and repairs for their vehicles based on diagnostics and manufacturer recommendations.Manage the flow of work in the service department, ensuring that repair orders are opened, closed, and filed properly.Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicles, providing updates and estimated completion times.Ensure complete customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.Promote and explain service specials, offers, and warranties to customers.Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in service records and paperwork.Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future service visits.Qualifications:Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred, but not required.Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is a plus.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong commitment to accuracy.Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Benefits:Competitive salary plus commission.Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services.Ongoing professional development and training.Career advancement opportunities within the Murgado Automotive Group.A friendly and collaborative team environment.Why Join Us?At Brickell Honda, we believe in nurturing our employees’ talents and offering them opportunities for career growth.
