Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planning Manager located in Dundalk, Ireland.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Planning Manager role involves creating a demand plan aligning material availability with customer demand.

What a typical day looks like:

Oversee accurate information provided for the Master Scheduling process and generate weekly production schedules for Operations.

Monitor on-time delivery and adjust production demand accordingly.

Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.

Ensure that manufacturing leadership is provided with the right insight regarding capacity planning and opportunities for cost and cash improvement.

Ensure that production and procurement call-offs are in line with the Supply plan, measuring and monitoring any deviations to drive a balanced scorecard approach on KPIs.

Be the knowledge center in supporting proactive communication of supply risks and mitigation of back order issues within the span of control, including both in-house production and 3rd party purchasing.

Manage people resources within the specific plant to ensure development, coaching, and capability in performing designated roles, including performance management.

Travel between countries and sites will be required.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

CIPS/APICS certifications preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in various Supply Chain roles.

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; proficient in MS Office programs.

Experience in ERP systems (LN knowledge is an advantage).

Ability to act as a team player or independently, managing multiple activities.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills.

Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU).
