Project Manager III

DescriptionDrive collaboration between project workstreams (subs, in-house teams), oversight bodies, and Firm functions.Supervise on/off-boarding of subs and EWs by liaising between Firm functions and CST (e.g., software setup).Facilitate collaboration between subs and in-house teams and offer logistical support.Translate direction from oversight bodies to internal/external teams.Manage and develop team members within the PMO.Align project operations and delivery with contract stipulations, and interface with client PMO.Supervise progress against contract timeline, flag delays/dependencies, and follow up with subs as needed.Manage task order modifications and update CST leaders, subs, and other stakeholders.Interface with client PMO counterpart to understand client expectations and translate them to project operations.Ensure project operations meet compliance and risk mitigation requirements.Drive risk review process including reviews by requisite partners and educate.Supervise compliance through accurate time entry, aligning with WIP and integrating activities with Firm Function (e.g., staffing, legal, etc.) leads.Manage project finances, ensuring timely invoicing and subcontractor payments.Support project economics by tracking progress against milestones and adjusting resources as needed.SkillsDemonstrated ability to deliver similar project operations in the past.Exceptional organizational skills, adaptable to changing requirements and priorities, and multitasking.Strong interpersonal skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, subs, and clients.Proficient in project management best practices and tools for scheduling, task management, and collaboration.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and reporting.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.Technical expertise based on project requirements (e.g., tech build experience, etc.).EducationDegrees in Business or equivalent degree from a top-tier university.
