Project Manager

Job Duties:

The Project Manager will undertake various project and operational management tasks. The position will initiate, plan, execute, and monitor all assigned projects for Growth team members. The position will prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management team members on a regular basis, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables is achieved.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field Business, Public Health, Related Field, or equivalent combination of education-related experience.Professional Certificate – PMP preferred or in progress within 1st year.Project/Program Management experience – 2+ yearsStrong work tenure: 5+ years of experience in office administration in a corporate or health care or behavioral health setting.Experience working in a Start-up environment preferred.Position Responsibilities – Essential Functions:

Operations Project ManagerResponsible for facilitating strategic key decisions regarding operations and start-up projects. Creates and maintains project infrastructure and documentation.Facilitate and support assigned projects from requirements through implementation, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans including risk mitigation.Analyze project progress and make decisions regarding scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to requirements.Establish and maintain relationships with cross functional team members, providing project reports and status changes and routine updates.Start-upDevelop and provide comprehensive oversight and management of start-up charter, project-plan and timeline.Collaborate with and assist corporate resources as needed on operations and start-up recruitment initiatives. Manage and coordinate the travel and lodging for operational team members as needed.Manage, coordinate and facilitate the training of all New Hire Start-Up Campus Leadership Team Members.Develop key ongoing standards for Facility Start-Up projects including but not limited to vendor profiles, staffing, scheduling models, facility operational meetings and reporting calendars.AdministrativeOrganize and support the development and coordination of Crestwood Start-up team, Operations and resources from all divisions within Crestwood.Support the coordination of calls and meetings relating to operations and start-up projects.Support the operations department administrative functions (office supplies, distributing mail, shipping, greeting visitors, vendor set up, Payroll, AR, AP etc.)Responsible for outlook calendar management, report writing, emails, memos, proposals, letters, spreadsheets, flyers, etc.Pay Range:

$70,000—$110,000 USD
