Job Description
Skiltrek is hiring a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst on behalf of a client in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of the Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for project planning, report creation, data integration, and documentation primarily for the Marketing teams. You will work closely with other analysts, developers, and outside contractors to turn information into knowledge using strong communication and technical skills. This role will work to enhance the existing reporting suite and be the main point of contact for issues that occur. Additionally, this role will assist in the development of a marketing-specific platform based in Salesforce. This role is fully remote but will require in-person meetings a few times a month.
Minimum Requirements
Must be located in Charlotte, NC.3-5 years of experience.Intermediate SQL skills.Experience in building reporting solutions for operational teams.Must be process-oriented with a demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, and execute on details.Experience in working with ETL developers to ingest and refine internal and vendor data.Experience in identifying and resolving data quality problems.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and as an individual contributor with a track record of execution and delivery of successful products.Problem solver with the initiative to think critically to identify improvement opportunities.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.Strong skills in MS Excel to include pivots, filtering, and advanced formulas.
Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree of a quantitative or technical nature (e.g. computer science, information systems, mathematics).Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining reports using MicroStrategy, Salesforce, or other BI tools.Knowledge of Marketing data sources such as Google and Facebook.
