Business Intelligence Analyst

to help us keep growing. The BI Analyst is responsible for partnering with leaders across the organization to design and develop BI solutions.Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop and deploy BI solutions including dashboards and interactive visualizationsWork with leaders across all departments to create and optimize intelligent reportsReduce overall business reporting time through automation and adoption to self-serve data modelsIncrease organizational knowledge of data analytics through topical and general training sessionsProvide troubleshooting and assistance for reporting and analytic needs and issuesDive into machine learning capabilities of existing and new datasets and integrate learnings into existing business modelImprove data delivery methods and cadenceAssist with other ad-hoc data analytic needsAssist with general FP&A activities as neededAny other tasks as assigned by supervisor or managementQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics3+ years of Business Intelligence or data analytics experience with proven experience of creating complex dashboards3-5+ years of experience with database technology with an emphasis on the use of analytical and reporting toolsExperience with SQL and developing complex queriesExperience with Microsoft stack of reporting and BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)Deep understanding of Power BI DAXExperience in database management, operation, and development (Preferred)Deep understanding of analytical concepts with the ability to explain them to others with less data experienceHigh level of technical skills with the ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze varying data setsStrong communication and collaboration skills to be able to work cross-functionally with different departmentsMust reside in CharlottePosition Type:Full TimeSalary ExemptThis is a Hybrid position, based out of Charlotte, North Carolina
