The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification, have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, and knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be a plus.This role involves managing project timelines, scope, and resources while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:Agile Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple Agile projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the point of contact between stakeholders, including business owners, product managers, and development teams, to ensure project alignment and clarity on goals.Project Planning:
Create detailed project plans, manage scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to track progress, resolve roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement.Resource Management:
Coordinate with resource teams to allocate necessary personnel, tools, and infrastructure for project success.Risk Management:
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and outcomes.RPA Implementation (if applicable):
Collaborate with RPA specialists to integrate automation technologies into project workflows where applicable.Reporting:
Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and success metrics.Required Skills and Qualifications:PMP Certification:
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Agile Expertise:
Proven experience managing multiple Agile projects, including proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.Project Management Tools:
Strong knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project for tracking project progress and sprint management.Cross-Functional Leadership:
Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, analysts, etc.) to deliver projects successfully.Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical and business details clearly to stakeholders.Time and Budget Management:
Strong ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.RPA Knowledge (Plus):
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere will be a significant advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Agile Certification:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Agile Project Manager (APM) is a plus.RPA Experience:
Hands-on experience in managing RPA projects or implementing automation solutions is a plus.Other Certifications:
