We are currently searching for a Portfolio Compliance Specialist to work at Moline at Stapleton located in Denver, CO.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Monitoring affordable housing program for all assigned properties to ensure that all target numbers are met.Reviewing all move-in certification files for all assigned properties to ensure that all households are income qualified before the households move in.Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place which will be reviewed on all pre-move in and re-certification files. During the review of all files it is imperative that the Specialist ensures that each resident file contains all required and acceptable documentation/verifications.Responsible for prepping for property file audits including MOR, state agency LIHTC, HOME, and syndicator audits, attends audits, primary person responsible for ensuring all corrective action cures are completed and compiles audit response to submit to Compliance Department.Travel to various properties to assist with past due annual recertification paperwork.Performs other duties as assigned.Education And Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field preferred2+ years LIHTC experience and HUD Experience2+ years of previous management experienceHCCP/CPO/SCHM Designation (or equivalent)Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Pay range: $38.46-$40.86 hourly. Depending on experience
