Job Responsibility - Experience & KnowledgeMust be working in organization who is practicing & systematically evolved in Implementation to reach next level of maturity at organization wide scale with 10+ Year of professional experienceExperience in Facilitation of various levels of Organization Excellence Like Business Excellence, Operation Excellence & Process Excellence with organization of reputeIn-depth Knowledge of ISO System, New Process formulation, Incorporate New changes in processWell versed with 7QC, SPC related tools for conducting Training SessionsAbility of Formulate Digital workflow for Conversion of manual work activity to digital activity for Improving Productivity & Governance ie Process workflow design for PortalsEnd to end program management from Gurgaon Head Office for Operation Excellence at Organization level (HO, 150+ Operational Sites, EPC Sites & Manufacturing Unit (Jaipur & Dholera)-Identify Project Participants, Plan & Conduct Lean Six Sigma Batches year on Year for Continuous Improvement ProjectsDrive Organization wide Kaizen Excellence Journey & Take Organization Kaizen to National & International Industry standardsInitiate & Engage employees in Improvement activities for Outstanding resultsTo lead Training Sessions & End to end program management for BE related activities Competencies
