Our focus on safety, wellness, and teamwork are the foundations of how we operate every day.Title: Warehouse Lead, CDLReports To: Typically reports to Branch ManagerClassification: Full-Time, Regular, Non-exemptNormal Hours: Commonly prior to 8 AM through after 5 PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekendsGeneral Description: A person in this position is responsible to assist the manager in production processes of the branch, report building, ensuring adherence to policies of all branch employees, maintaining stock records, and performing all job duties. This position requires safely driving a class A, B, or C vehicle (valid DOT CDL with medical card, and hazmat endorsement), performing deliveries, recovering used batteries, performing customer installations, and assisting in training others.Minimum Qualifications:Formal Training: AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 GPA or better preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years working as a Driver/Material Handler for the Company, or Minimum 1 year working as a M.I.T. for the Company, or Minimum 3 years working as an Assistant Retail Manager for the Company.
