Our client is a 20+ year old growth-mode medical equipment and clinical services solutions provider based in the Atlanta, GA metro.
Position: Account Manager
The Account Manager will be responsible for balancing client service, project management, business development, and strategic reporting in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Project Oversight:
Oversee the execution of clinical trial projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networking to drive growth and expand the company’s client base.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project status, financial performance, and client feedback to senior management, using insights to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
