Savant, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the Atlanta metropolitan area is seeking an Account Manager/Executive. As an Account Manager, you will build upon existing relationships with current accounts and identify new opportunities in which our products and services can better help our clients’ businesses. Savant endeavors to be our customer’s ultimate technology consultant and managed service provider.Your work as an Account Manager has several components:The Account Manager is the primary relationship holder within assigned accounts and the proverbial quarterback of our internal teams representing our client’s voice. The Account Manager performs the customer service and sales function for ongoing projects and ongoing IT services within the account. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in business-to-business solution selling and back this with superb customer service skills and lead generation capabilities.Additionally, the Account Manager will:Further entrench into existing accounts and increase the positioning of Savant.Ensure white-glove customer service to all named accounts.Increase overall client satisfaction by ensuring proper focus and diligence on responsiveness and sales opportunities.Perform routine visits with clients (vast majority within Atlanta metro).Manage and maintain client information within a CRM system.Manage and maintain client service and solutions contract agreement renewals.Ensure that company service agreement and SLAs are successfully deployed and maintained for assigned accounts.Handle escalated customer care items as required, partnering and leading internal teams to issue resolution.Provide exceptional end-to-end sales support to Savant clients.Champion superior service with internal teams and collaborate with these teams/departments to solution for client opportunities (solve a client problem, make a client more efficient, increase the client’s ability to improve sales).Translate and educate, sometimes complex, technical information to clients.Our ideal Account Manager has the following qualifications:Self-motivated, enjoys operating independently, excels in building relationships, and enjoys developing team chemistry.Aggressive farmer’s sales mentality.7+ years in a similar sales/account management position.Ability to listen to clients and provide well-thought-out solutions.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and usage.Enjoys technology, solving puzzles, and staying atop current/industry news.Previous MSP experience preferred, not required.
