: $22.05 per hour, DOEAs a Warehouse Lead with us, you’ll use your knowledge of inventory and quality management to be hands-on as you complete activities related to inventory, fulfillment and tool managementWhat You’ll Be DoingEssential FunctionsHandle all aspects of inventory movement of materials and tools, including stocking, re-stocking, and accounting for every item in the warehouseCompile and maintain records of the quantity, type, and value of the inventory on handParticipates in monthly and year-end inventory cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation issuesCoordinates inventory requirements and procurement details with the Division’s General ManagerTrack the transportation and distribution of tool and material inventoryOversees the records of all stocks and compiles evaluation reports. Daily auditing of inventory is also a task for the inventory specialistCoordinating inventory requirements and procurement details with vendors and customers.Participates in the inventory cycle countingAccounting and Reporting of inventory surplus, product/tool returns, and any damages.Replenishing stock in the warehouse and filling of order formsTracking the transportation and distribution of material and tool inventoryMaintaining and overseeing the records of all stocks and compiling reports as neededConducting a daily audit of inventoryInventory Specialist-Tool Crib Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all employees and visitors entering warehouse are wearing the proper safety equipment and security badges at all timesInventory Specialist-Tool Crib Lead will work in conjunction with all staff to ensure readiness for any inspection or auditWhat We’d Like to See from YouRequiredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, and/or distribution environment desiredExperience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically ExcelExperience using ERP’s, such as Sage, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.Excellent communications skills (written, verbal & listening) and interpersonal skills needed in order to interface and influence all levels of personnelStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize daily work to meet all internal and external deadlinesAbility to push and pull up to
