Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead communication and address qualified opportunities for closing • Perform effective consultations with potential clients • Understand customer needs and requirements • Understand and demonstrate the service to the potential clients Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Strong interpersonal skills including emotional intelligence Compensation: $59,500 yearly
