You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today!ResponsibilitiesTrack performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved.Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline.Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele.Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround.Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team.QualificationsLocated close to Westlake Village, CA Office.Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases.High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car.2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.Compensation$20 - $22 hourly + bonus at closingsAbout Lydia Gable Realty Group with CompassWe, at Lydia Gable Realty Group with Compass, are a leading Real Estate Group in the Conejo Valley; with a respected brand and are also a fun group of individuals to work with.
