is looking to hire a

Client Services Associate

for a wealth management firm here in

East Memphis . The CSA plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing the company’s client services. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the CSA works alongside other client service and operational team members to develop institutional level processes that maximize a common and exceptional client experience throughout the firm. The CSA leverages each investment advisors' time to meet with clients and prospects in order that they can provide extraordinary experiences and investments for extraordinary individuals, families, and institutions. Finally, the CSA is responsible for creating an enthusiastic and comforting experience for all stakeholders in the business.

Responsibilities

Serve as a staunch advocate for clients, swiftly and enthusiastically addressing their concerns with diligence and expertise.Collaborate closely with the operations team to proactively manage client issues and maintain robust communication channels.Work closely with Investment Advisors to create an institutional level process for each client that creates a common experience throughout the firm.Work together with the client service team to schedule, plan, and execute high quality meetings for Investment Advisors.Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team to ensure organizational success.Self-initiate new projects and recruit team members in order to facilitate growth that aligns with the mission and vision of the firm.Collaborate with other client service and investment advisor team members, ensuring consistency.Work closely with Asset Custodians (primarily Schwab) to resolve client issues including account related issues, money movements, and other requests.Coordinate with Private Investment Fund Managers to circulate client documents and manage capital calls and distributions.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in client services, particularly within financial services.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with high-net worth individuals and families.A disciplined, organized approach to managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.An enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual that loves taking on and initiating new projects.Experience with Wealthbox, MS Office, Schwab Advisor Services is a plus.
