The Food Service Sales Representative for Local Restaurants will execute a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting and growing existing business. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against

PepsiCo Beverages North America

(PBNA) operating plans and partnership expectations, as well as deliver against new restaurant business targets. Customers for this segment are focused on supporting restaurants, growing brand distribution, and delivering exceptional customer support.Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territory and grow Independent Restaurant shareBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewalsLeverage technology to plan and support selling effortsMaximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methodsExecution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management and contract complianceActivate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performanceWork closely with the PBNA location’s selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfactionOptimize beverages per PBNA guidelinesResponsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can-revenue growth.Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,400 - $95,750.Location confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
