Responsibilities

The Away from Home Sales Representative for Local Restaurants will execute a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting existing business. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against PBNA operating plans and partnership expectations. Customers for this segment are solely focused on supporting restaurants, growing brand distribution, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role will also include execution of PBNA annual priorities.

Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territoryLeverage technology to plan and support selling effortsMaximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methodsExecution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment ManagementBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewalsActivate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performanceEnsure customers are complying with PBC contract requirementsWork closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfactionAnalyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunitiesForecast responsibilityOptimize beverages per PBNA guidelinesResponsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can volume growth

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,400 - $95,750.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experienceBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experienceFood Service or consumer packaged goods experienceIntermediate/Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skillsMust be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodicallyMust be authorized to work in the United StatesCritical Experiences Preferred: Functional - Sales; Developing Others - People Leadership
