The Company
Northwood is a professional, friendly, multi-award-winning residential lettings and estate agency based in Barbourne, Worcester (WR1). We are independently owned and managed and have been operating throughout Worcestershire for 20 years.
We have a small but committed team and are seeking to grow this in line with our operating growth and expansion. We are looking for an experienced and confident individual who can slot into our team and work across the residential sales area.
Job Overview
We are looking for someone to lead the development of our sales side of the business. It is currently a small part of our business (you would be the single person responsible for the area), but we would love to grow it (and you can then bring in more team members to work with you). You will set ambitious growth targets and generate new business, as well as managing the current pipeline. Whether you are only a few years in, or have led teams, if you are ambitious and dedicated and have a hunger to help us provide quality services to the property market then please contact us.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements for the role
Excellent sales skills (working in residential property sales)
Strong administrative skills to manage sales processes efficiently
Excellent organisational skills & time management skills to coordinate sales activities effectively
Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
A full UK Driving Licence
Own car available for property visits (company car available for use across the team)
Hours
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 5.30pmSaturday: 9.30am to middayFlexibility required to support the needs of the business and delivering results
Holidays
20 working days plus Bank holidaysAdditional days when the office closes for Christmas and Easter (up to an extra 5 days per year)
Salary
£24,000 per annum to £30,000 per annum salary dependent on level of relevant experience and qualifications, please ensure that you indicate your expectations / current salary in your application. We also offer a generous commission package that has no upper limit.
