Justin HochsprungThe JobThe Account Executive is responsible for building pipeline and securing business within our Mid-market segment. As a Yardstik AE, you are a skillful salesperson who excels at engaging with business leaders, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CTOs. You are a seasoned veteran in navigating and leading complex sales cycles. This is an opportunity to be part of an early, core sales team in an exciting startup environment.As a member of our Sales organization, you’ll get the chance to contribute in a big way to the overall success of the team. If you’ve got a good balance of entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to win customers, you’ll love this role.The DutiesLead the sales cycle end-to-endProspect new opportunities to aid in building top of your personal sales funnelCollaborate and negotiate with C-suite executivesWork collaboratively with internal teams to solve customer problemsConsult with product teams to provide market insights and customer feedback to make our platform betterManage the CRM database with customer information, goals, KPIs, and integrations so the company can make data-driven decisionsForecast your book of business with appropriate close datesAchieve and exceed quarterly quota targets to deliver revenueThe ValueYou spend a third of your life at work.
