Position OverviewKaleidoscope is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to run a full-sales cycle and acquire net new customers monthly to drive critical growth for Kaleidoscope. Your role involves running a strategic and effective prospecting playbook, managing your pipeline daily, and having excellent business acumen while working multi-threaded sales cycles.You are a results-oriented go-getter ready to join a fast growth team and company. ResponsibilitiesRun full sales cycleConsistent prospecting to generate pipeline that leads to closed revenueListen, consult, and design solutions for potential customersPartner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertiseCollaborate with customer success & product teams to provide insights as we continue to innovate our best-in-class platformDeliver operational excellence in the areas of opportunity management and forecastingUse business acumen during the discovery, proposal, and negotiationHave a deep understanding of the way our customers operate, and the priorities that drive decisions at the leadership levelCreate demand by uncovering problems and matching them to our solutionUncover organizational initiatives and pain points to map back our solutionsBuild credibility and trust while influencing buying decisionsSell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionalityAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets

About YouYou bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an early to mid-stage company.Experience prospecting new logosExperience selling to leadership teamsAbility to build and deliver presentations/demos to interested organizationsDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
