We specialize in the design and manufacture of machines in three product groups: Debris Management (vacuums, blowers, and debris loaders), Lawn Renovation, and Brush Cutters.As an Account Manager, your role will be to develop partnerships and alliances with existing and new customer and distributor accounts. You will develop and implement plans to achieve financial goals and manage overall account relationships. You will provide guidance and direction to internal and external customers to maximize sales opportunities. You will also develop business plans that maximize sales growth and profitability. Monitors market and competitive trends and develops plans to meet market changes. You will have the opportunity to work with a leader in the product category supporting multi-channel sales.This position can be remote, residing in our southeast region of the United States. Territory includes: Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.You will do this by:Managing accounts to meet strategic goals by making sales calls and developing account level business plansDriving revenue through sales activities across multiple channels including: national rental accounts, distribution partners, and direct customers.Working with Product Management to develop new product features and benefits to drive competitive advantages in the marketplace. Developing plans to implement new products with an assigned customer base.Recommending sales promotions to the marketing department; develops and implements product merchandisingAnalyzing sales and market trend to formulate policy, promote sales, determine customer needs, volume potential and price schedulesManaging account level P&L to insure maximum sales volume and profitabilityReporting sales activity to upper managementPerforming other duties as assignedYou are the type of person who is/has:Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient computer skillsSolid negotiating skillsFluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or locationExperience Requirements:5-10 years of sales experience within the outdoor power equipment industry.Experience selling into rental and retail channels.Valid driver's licenseTravel Requirements:60%
