Job Description

Are you ready to supervise the most magical time of the year? The princess is looking for a Supervisor to keep things festive, fun, and orderly for our more than 250 thousand Christmas revelers this year! The Lead Supervisor role is a management position responsible for all aspects of managing our magical event.Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Seasonal dates of position: November 4th, 2023 - January 10th, 2024 (Full time opportunities available after January 10th!)Develop, inspire, and retain top talentEffectively and fairly manage and drive high performance of all colleaguesEnsure onboarding and continued training of the teamLead consistent focus on delivering engaging guest experiencesBuild a team that works well together based on the needs of the divisionOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts1+ Years Supervisory ExperienceMust be fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, POSDemonstrated success in talent development/managementStrong communication skills and ability to foster a guest experience focused culture
