The Princess is looking for a Supervisor to keep things festive, fun, and orderly for our more than 250 thousand Christmas revelers this year! The Lead Supervisor role is a management position responsible for all aspects of managing our magical event.Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Seasonal dates of position: October 15th through January 10thDevelop, inspire, and retain top talentEffectively and fairly manage and drive high performance of all colleaguesEnsure onboarding and continued training of the teamLead consistent focus on delivering engaging guest experiencesBuild a team that works well together based on the needs of the divisionOther duties as assignedQualificationsAvailability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts1+ Years Supervisory ExperienceMust be fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, POSDemonstrated success in talent development/managementStrong communication skills and ability to foster a guest experience focused cultureYour team and working environment:A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience.
