The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our AI-driven data solutions. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, building and scaling both internal-facing and customer-facing products that generate, curate, and analyze multi-modal healthcare data. A key aspect of your role will be to enhance and streamline our internal end-to-end data generation processes, significantly increasing efficiency and productivity across the organization. You will also be responsible for identifying and integrating new data sources into our platform to expand and enrich our multi-modal datasets.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of

San Mateo, CA

and requires

2-3 days

in office.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven data products, aligning with Citizen Health’s mission.Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines and AI models handling clinical, imaging, genetic, device data, and more.Identify and integrate new data sources to expand and enrich our platform's multi-modal healthcare datasets.Build internal tools and customer-facing products that facilitate the generation, curation, and analysis of multi-modal healthcare data.Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across all data products.Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance data products and user experiences.Engage with users and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product concepts, and refine the product experience.Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.Represent Citizen Health at industry events and with partners, advocating for our AI and data initiatives.

Must-Have

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.8+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data products or platforms.Strong technical background in data engineering, data pipelines, AI, and data management.Proficiency in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics as applied to data products.Experience with multi-modal healthcare data, including clinical, imaging, genetic, and device data.Experience building both internal tools and customer-facing products.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security standards in healthcare.

Proven experience in optimizing internal tools and products to enhance efficiency and productivity.Demonstrated ability to identify and integrate new data sources into existing platforms.

San Francisco Bay Area Base Pay Range: $180,000 - $220,000

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This position is eligible for stock options and other benefits including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision insurance. We also offer unlimited PTO and a paid new parent leave program so you can spend time with your new child.
