VP, HR, Digital Equifax Solutions (ID&F) will lead human resources for our Equifax Digital Solutions organization. This group includes many key functions including data, product, sales, marketing, and more. This position is based out of our Boise, Idaho office and will be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.What you’ll do

Serve as key member of Equifax EDS leadership teamCreate and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and managers to ensure that HR strategy is aligned with that of the businessProvide guidance on organization design, sales incentive design, workforce planning, learning and development, and succession planningConsult with leadership providing HR guidance when appropriateDrive implementation of key HR programs such as succession planning, performance management and compensation programs, including sales incentive programsCoach managers to drive greater productivity and higher engagementAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policiesManage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigationsWork closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention of key employeesParticipate in special projects as neededWhat experience you need

Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience within a complex organizationMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experienceWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices (base pay and sales incentives), organizational design, employee relations, performance management and respective local employment lawsExcellent consulting skillsExcellent client management and business literacy skills (financial and HR)Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others, manage conflict and ability to exercise judgmentManage multiple conflicting prioritiesAbility to develop, attract and assess talentWhat could set you apart

Previous experience providing HRBP support to a technology or product organizationPrevious experience in ID, Fraud, Digital Identity
