VP, HR, Digital Equifax Solutions (ID&F)

will lead human resources for our Equifax Digital Solutions organization. This group includes many key functions including data, product, sales, marketing, and more. This position is based out of our Boise, Idaho office and will be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.What you’ll doServe as key member of Equifax EDS leadership team.Create and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and managers to ensure that HR strategy is aligned with that of the business.Provide guidance on organization design, sales incentive design, workforce planning, learning and development, and succession planning.Consult with leadership providing HR guidance when appropriate.Drive implementation of key HR programs such as succession planning, performance management and compensation programs, including sales incentive programs.Coach managers to drive greater productivity and higher engagement.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention of key employees.Participate in special projects as needed.What experience you needMinimum 7 years of Human Resources experience within a complex organization.Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices (base pay and sales incentives), organizational design, employee relations, performance management and respective local employment laws.Excellent consulting skills.Excellent client management and business literacy skills (financial and HR).Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others, manage conflict and ability to exercise judgment.Manage multiple conflicting priorities.Ability to develop, attract and assess talent.What could set you apartPrevious experience providing HRBP support to a technology or product organization.Previous experience in ID, Fraud, Digital Identity.
