Job Description

Supports all Mantis hotels in all the Talent & Culture aspects and being the main point of contact for T&C related matters of hotels.Analyses the working procedures and discusses possible improvements with all Mantis hotels' General Managers.Attends important events organized by the Ministry of Tourism or any other entity that has a business relation with Talent & Culture.Follows up with all Mantis hotels about different initiatives and any other programs launched by the company.Plans hotels’ visits and reviews when applicable.Supports new Mantis hotel openings critical path by identifying the T&C requirements, manning, recruitment, and policies.Plans & executes hotels' annual Talent & Culture Audits.Maintains effective & healthy relationships with hotels and governmental entities.Ensures full adherence of all hotels with Accor Talent & Culture policies and practices.Strengthens the communication patterns with all the T&C leaders in SA and other country T&C leaders in the region.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of performance management & strategic planning.Strong hotels' Talent & Culture operational background.Excellent communication skills.Proven ability to evaluate financial performances and profitability.Ideally Multi Properties Experience.

Additional Information
