Design and develop customized solutions within Business Central (Dynamics NAV) extensions using AL developmentManage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internalCommunicate and document system specifications for clients and team membersManage multiple development and project initiatives at one time, while effectively communicating utilization, roadblocks, and progress to technical leadership and prioritizing based on feedbackAssist in developing Business Central practice and internal training materialsDocument test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasksProvide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project lifecycleProvide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of workOwn the responsibility of becoming a SME for certain products and lead delivery initiativesProvide technical support to existing Business Central clientsAbility to work on multiple projectsHere's What We're Looking For:5 + years experience configuring, developing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central software and components in all functional areasSolid C/AL and AL skills and experience with automated testingKnowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and Power Automate are preferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or technically oriented fieldKnowledge working with Business Central web services and data integrationsProgramming in SQL or similar database languageWorking knowledge of relational databases and data migration conceptsTeam player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skillsAbility to travel up to 30%Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorshipWhy You Should Work at Blue Horseshoe:Work with talented individuals to build a highly successful business that is revolutionizing the supply chain and enterprise software industryAbility to make a meaningful impact on a growing organizationInternal and external professional development, coaching, and continuous education opportunitiesAmazing benefits and company perksBlue Horseshoe is an equal opportunity at-will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation, national origin or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal, state or local laws.Other details:Pay Type: SalaryApply Now
