The Electric Operations Safety Excellence team partners with the Enterprise Health and Safety (EH&S) team to provide strategic guidance to improve our safety culture and performance. The compliance strategy team implements our PG&E performance playbook approach concentrating on key company focus areas that are a function of risk, regulatory impacts, compliance maturity model attributes, key regulatory issues, and line of business requests.Position SummaryThis role supports the risk/compliance framework which enables the organization to operate in compliance with applicable standards, laws, and regulations; identifies, manages, and mitigates operational risk; and helps develop and maintain the framework in response to changes to laws, regulations, and standards. For risk management, they work with leaders to track operational risks and effectiveness of risk mitigation activities. May be limited to one regulatory agency or may include multiple agencies, laws, and regulations applicable to a specific department or area of the business.The work location is flexible.PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.A reasonable salary range is:Bay Area Minimum: $132,000Bay Area Maximum: $226,000&/ORCalifornia Minimum: $125,000California Maximum: $215,000Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document business requirements for complex projects.May manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and coordinate with IT to develop and implement solutions to information needs.May assist with training, change management, and communications associated with system implementations.Contribute to business case development.Update senior leadership on project status and partner with leaders across the organization to strengthen organization-wide effectiveness.Challenge business decisions and present risk mitigation alternatives, as appropriate.Solve unique and complex problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions.Anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions to enhance controls and mitigate risks.QualificationsMinimum:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Job-related experience: 10 years.Desired:Master's Degree or equivalent experience.Experience in risk management: 6 years.Experience in compliance: 6 years.CCEP-Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional certification.CISM-Certified Information Security Manager certification.CISA-Certified Information Systems Auditor certification.CIA-Certified Internal Auditor certification.LPEC-Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance certification.CRM-Certified Risk Manager certification.
