On-siteThe Supply Chain Coordinator owns the execution of supply chain strategy by working cross-functionally with Operations leadership, logistics and 3PL partners. This role will maintain accuracy of shipments, customer pricing, inventory and invoices while meeting KPIs for fulfillment and transportation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages all 3PL sales order processing, and order fulfillmentManages all inbound logistics including, import documentation, load tracking and item receiptsManages all internal transfer logisticsCommunicates regularly with buyers and logistics partners around order updates, inventory position, and freight claimsManages reporting on fulfillment/transportation metrics (OTIF) inbound and outbound and actively works to meet outlined goalsMonitors inventory levels at all supply chain points, manages weekly reporting and performs monthly validationsREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar fieldAdvanced level Excel userAbility to manage complex planning tools1-2 years of experience managing 3PL networks and partnersAbility to analyze trends and recommend transportation and storage plan adjustmentsFacility presenting scenario data in both Excel-based, visual, and verbal formatsExperience with Oracle NetSuite ETP platform strongly preferredIf interested in the role, please submit your resume and brief cover letter to
