Dive into the exciting realm of testing and troubleshooting configurations, enhancing solution functionality across a variety of client environments. Your active involvement in client meetings, internal initiatives, and process improvement will be instrumental. Be the eyes identifying, the voice reporting, and the hands managing solution status, risks, and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to issue resolution and lending your insights to workflow analysis. In this role, you'll not only build and maintain client relationships but also navigate through conflicts, documenting the very best practices in methodology.About myInsight Platform:myEvolv is a fully web-based electronic health record (EHR) system certified by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC), tailored for organizations serving children and families, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism services, and behavioral health. It offers comprehensive clinical, financial, and operational features, including simplified evaluation tools for real-time access to individual records from anywhere. With scalability to suit organizations of any size and customizable configurations to match clinical and billing workflows, myEvolv ensures efficient management of referrals, scheduling, billing, and more. RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experienceWritten and verbal communication skillsDecision making skillsFlexibilityComfort with ambiguityWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentExposure to RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Processes or ImplementationsWilling to be onsite and in-office in Overland Park, KansasPreferredExperience with Netsmart EHR solutionsExperience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)1-2 years' experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)Expectations

Potential travel 20% of the time as needed.
