Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments.Solution Delivery Consultant- myAvatarEmbark on a rewarding journey with myAvatar as a Solution Delivery Consultant, where your expertise will shine in system build, testing, and conversion projects using our implementation methodology. Dive into the exciting realm of testing and troubleshooting configurations, enhancing solution functionality across a variety of client environments. Your active involvement in client meetings, internal initiatives, and process improvement will be instrumental. Be the eyes identifying, the voice reporting, and the hands managing solution status, risks, and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to issue resolution and lending your insights to workflow analysis. In this role, you'll not only build and maintain client relationships but also navigate through conflicts, documenting the very best practices in methodology.Responsibilities:Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodologyTest and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environmentsParticipate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficienciesIdentify and report solution status, risks, and issues to the client and project leadershipWork with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issuesAssist clients and project teams in the current state analysis of department workflowsMaintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectivesIdentify and generate documentation for best practices in methodologyQualifications:Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least 1 year of healthcare information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experienceWritten and verbal communication skillsDecision-making skillsFlexibilityComfort with ambiguityWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentWilling to be onsite and in-office in Overland Park, KansasPreferred:Experience with Netsmart EHR solutionsExperience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, etc.)Expectations:Potential travel 20% of the time as neededPosition may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
