Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments.
Responsibilities
Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodologyTest and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environmentsParticipate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficienciesIdentify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadershipWork with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issuesAssist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows.Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectivesIdentify and generate documentation for best practices in methodologyQualificationsRequired
Anticipated completion of Bachelor's degree in December 2024 or May 2025Written and verbal communication skillsDecision making skillsFlexibilityComfort with ambiguityWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Preferred
At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experienceExperience with Netsmart EHR solutionsExperience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology or similarExpectations
Potential travel 20% of the time as neededPosition may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
