Position Summary :

We are looking for an Accountant to perform a variety of professional accounting tasks in the analysis, maintenance and auditing of accounts. Analyze and prepare financial statements, reports and records of revenues and expenditures. Provide accounting advice and directions to other departmental staff, communicate results of financial analysis to management and make recommendations for appropriate action, identify problems and implement solutions.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Conduct and post day-to-day accounting entries and finance-related work (AP/GL)Maintain the AP process, including invoice entry, vendor communication and vendor paymentsAssist with credit card related processing including review and approval of expense reportsAssist with the month-end closing process: preparing closing journal entries and account reconciliations, conducting research, and making corrections to journal entries for account discrepanciesPerform inventory month-end closing processReconciling the bank statements and bookkeeping ledgersHandle month-end closing procedures for AP processesAssist with internal and external auditKeeping a check on the finances based on financial statusTake charge of financial and tax mattersProcess and manage fixed assetsAssist in the annual budgets and monthly forecastsPerform payroll accounting functions, reconciliations, and reportingMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field1+ year working experience in Accounting / FinanceFamiliar with GAAP accounting conceptsFamiliarity in Excel, Netsuite, Bill.com, and Microsoft office productsA good team player and able to work independentlyAttention to details, multitasking abilities, effective problem solving skillsCapable of operating in a fast-paced environmentSalary Range:

The base salary range is $80,000 - $90,000

This position will be eligible for bonuses and stock options.
